Frequently Asked Questions
What delivery methods do you use?
The main delivery methods that we use are Royal Mail & Parcelforce Courier Service.
For orders that weigh under 1500 grams, we use Royal Mail Tracked. For orders that weigh over 1500 grams, we use Parcelforce Courier Service.
How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be processed the same day and delivered accordingly to chosen delivery option. Please note that courier companies work from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Standard delivery will take 1-3 working days. If you ordered your products before 2pm for next working day delivery your parcel will be with you in 1 day.
A discount code is not working
There could be a number of reasons a discount cannot be used. The most common reason is that you are trying to redeem a discount code against a special item. As the item is already reduced it cannot be reduced further. Secondly, the code might have already been used or has become out of date.
Do you have a reward points scheme and how does it work?

We offer free 48 - 72 hour delivery for all orders over £29.95, shipping to the mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc...) Orders Under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail. This is an insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, it's not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer.
Orders Over 1kg are sent via Parcelforce 48 Service and do require a signature. This is 1-2 days delivery service.
Next Working day delivery - All orders over £69.95 are sent via Parcelforce 24 Service and will be delivered on the next working day following the despatch day. All orders below £69.95 regardless of weight can be upgraded to next working day service for only £4.99.

When ordering to a BFPO address it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the items are within the weight limits for that particular BFPO address. All orders to BFPO address will be shipped individually to keep the individually packaged weight down. We will track the orders to the BFPO hub where it will be signed for and then shipped to the individual. Once an item has been received by the BFPO hub Cardiff Sports Nutrition accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items in the onward delivery process. Please be aware that if an item is too heavy for then BFPO address the item is not returned to sender but disposed of by the BFPO Hub
Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Furthermore, due to the volume of parcels around bank holidays, in particular, Christmas, parcels may be delayed by our couriers.
If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged for collection on their behalf.
Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can CSN or DPD, PARCELFORCE or Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

We accept orders to all BFPO address, please input your BFPO address into section of the checkout. There is a 5kg limit on BFPO orders

Returns
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us and explain the situation. We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not, however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
If you return your purchase after this period but within 14 days, you will be refunded to the value of the returned items.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), CSN reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
Photo evidence will be needed for all damaged items that need to return.

How To Return Goods
To return items you are advised to contact us first on 02920 628 228 or email on orders@cardiffsportsnutrition so all the relevant information is included in your parcel when you return it.
We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus either a 20% restocking fee.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the billing and shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and click "Place Order".
Purchase Summary
After you complete the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms detailed of the order you have placed and also provides you with a Purchase Summary reference number. We recommend that you print this Purchase Summary page for your records as it may be needed for order references.
Order and Shipment Confirmations
You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in your account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent.
Changing/Canceling Orders
Once your order has been placed on our website, it is passed to our warehouse to pick and box up ready for dispatch the same day.
If you want to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, then you must do this by calling us as soon as possible on 02920 628 228 where we will be able to advise if your order has been dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. You will have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it to us, following our returns policy.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email or call which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service Team by orders@cardiffsportsnutrition.co.uk or by calling 02920 628 228 for a recommendation.

We know that supplements are not cheap, and buying the wrong or a low-quality product at a high price can be frustrating! We endeavour to only stock the highest quality products, from the best brands in the industry. We are so confident with regards to our pricing structure that we offer a price match guarantee. The price match guarantee has some conditions:
- We only price match retailers who offer the same high-quality customer service as us and who are reputable and reliable.
- We only price match if the item is in stock with that retailer and if it isn't on any special discount or promotion.
- We do NOT price match 3rd party sellers or auction sites such as eBay and Amazon.
- We also price match the whole cart if everything included in that cart is identical.

Where do I enter my voucher code?

Your discount code did not work
The discount code could not have worked for a number of reasons. Here is a list of the most common reasons

I did not receive my 10% discount code
When you sign up to the CSN newsletter you will be asked to confirm. Once you have confirmed you will receive your exclusive discount code within 1 hour. This code will then be valid for up to 24 hours.
